We teach when a simpler model is enough, how to keep context focused, and when a longer workflow earns its cost. Then we review actual usage against the tools you’re on.
A few practical things
No. We start with the fundamentals and build from there. If some people already use AI, we can turn their strongest working practices into useful examples for the wider team.
Both. Your people learn AI while we build a useful setup together. The programme includes team training, shared Skills, and coaching for an internal owner.
We build a common baseline of Skills, context, and instructions, then configure how it is shared around your AI tools. Availability and organisation controls depend on those tools; a shared setup does not retrain the underlying models.
We start with the work around your existing systems. Any software connection, API integration, or custom application is agreed separately once we understand what you need.
We agree what information your team can use before building the workflows, using your policies and approved tools. Skills include review steps, and people remain responsible for decisions and communication.
We agree a project scope and price around your team size, selected workflows, and support needs. We also identify the AI subscriptions or usage your setup requires, so you can understand the full budget before starting.
